SALES AND PROMOTIONS

Salabova does offer a special offer for pre-sales. This promotion runs for a limited time only, and it is a final sale (no returns). Salabova also runs promotions for special occasions like Christmas holidays- Christmas Mystery Box or a special deal for matching items.

CAN YOU RETURN?

YES.
If your purchase is the incorrect fit or size, or you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at salabova@hotmail.com with your request for a refund or exchange and provide a detailed for the request. Please note that our policy lasts 10 days after we ship your product.
A new item may be exchanged for the same item or a different item of the same value, or store credit, or for a refund. Please note that items on sale or special promotion are non-refundable, and all sales are final.
Custom-made items, or those with any special fit, are non-refundable.
In addition to the above, and to be eligible for return, please make sure that the item is:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • unaltered
  • with attached original price tags

Please send the item you want to return, via US Postal Service with tracking number to avoid it getting lost, with the receipt or proof of purchase to:

When we receive your return and inspect it, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you of our approval or rejection of your request. Once approved, we will process your exchange or, if you are requesting a refund, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
