Our story begins with a girl who once had a dream. Lenka Romeo (formerly Lenka Salabova) was born in communist Czechoslovakia and always dreamed big. She studied tailoring and dressmaking with the dream of someday creating works of beauty for the public. After achieving her freedom after the Communist regime fell, she came to the United States. There she met her true love, Mr. Romeo, got married, and founded Salabova. After 25 years of designing custom-fit clothes, Lenka is excited to share her creations with you.
Lenka uses beautiful natural materials to create works of art. All the pieces are 100% handmade, seasonless, and timeless. Her designs include ready-to-wear outfits, bridal collections, and custom one-of-a-kind pieces.
Lenka is a loving mom, army wife and entrepreneur who understands the frustration of a busy mom who juggles obligations around the kids, home, and work, and wants to have a flattering, fashionable, timeless, and luxurious piece in her closet ready to wear for any party, dinner or a special occasion that comes around.
