ORDERS & SHIPPING
PROCESSING TIME:
Please make note of the processing time given on each listing. If you place a larger order, contact us for a shipping estimation. Many of the items in the shop are custom-ordered and therefore, may take up to 2 -4 weeks to ship.
SHIPPING TIME:
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class, depending on the weight of your order. Domestic orders should arrive within 2-5 business days (excluding national holidays) once shipped. International orders may take 2 weeks or more. Unfortunately, international shipping times cannot be guaranteed or accurately estimated. We do not offer international shipping at this moment.
If you need rush shipping, please message us, and we will adjust your shipping total and get your order to you as soon as possible.
Customs fees and taxes for international orders are the buyer's responsibility. Please be aware that your country may incur customs charges for the item/s you have bought. SALABOVA is not liable for these charges and cannot be responsible for the time your item may be held at customs.
SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Please make sure the shipping address is correct when you place your order, as I cannot be liable for items delivered to the wrong address.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will be sending you updates on the whole process of custom orders. You will be emailed a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is done with construction and goes out.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After we start working on your custom-made order, you are responsible for the cost of already used materials and labor.
DO YOU OFFER A FREE PICK UP?
Yes. We offer free pick up for ONLY members of Divine Mercy Families at CO-OP at SJJ and members of WCHF, The Woodlands Christian Homeschool Fellowship, at our annual Park Days.
