Refund policy

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

     If your purchase is the incorrect fit or size, or you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at salabova@hotmail.com with your request for a refund or exchange and provide a detailed description of the request. Please note that our policy lasts 10 days after you have purchased your product.
     A new item may be exchanged for the same item or a different item of the same value, or store credit, or for a refund. Please note that items on sale or special promotion are non-refundable, and all sales are final.
     Custom-made items or those with any special fit,  and pre-sale items are non-refundable.
In addition to the above, and to be eligible for return, please make sure that the item is:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • unaltered
  • with original attached price tags

     Please send the item you want to return, via US Postal Service with tracking number to avoid it getting lost, with the receipt or proof of purchase to:

     When we receive your return, and it is inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you of our approval or rejection of your request. Once approved, we will process your exchange, store credit, or, if you are requesting a refund, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds
     If you haven’t received your refund or exchange, you should contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days before your refund is actually posted. Once you have completed that and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at salabova@hotmail.com.

Shipping charges
     Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Salabova. It may be advised that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Once your product is received by us and is approved for an exchange, it will, however, depend on your specific location and may take time for your exchange product to reach you.


Damaged items
     If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
